Stronger outcomes, delivered under your name.
Add continuous AI diagnostics to the service you already run. Your crew installs it. Your paper carries it. Your team takes the call when it finds something. Our platform and our analysts work behind you.

Wherever your crews keep plants running.
Whatever industry you serve, if your crews look after critical rotating equipment, we’d like to hear from you.
The order travels one way. The answers travel back through you.
A new capability on your service line. No new hires.
Sensors on the asset, an edge unit in the panel, and the PlantOS™ platform your customer logs into. Everything you would otherwise have to build, staff and keep running, already proven across a thousand plants.
Your crew installs it
Sensing rated ATEX and IP68, reading assets from 2 to 3,900 RPM under load. No control system work, so it fits a shutdown window you already have.
You quote the machine that matters
AI Shields are built per machine, not a generic model pointed at equipment. The crane, the run-out table, the kiln, the mill.
Your customer gets an answer, not an alert
CAT III and CAT IV analysts validate every prescription, 24/7/365. No analysts on your payroll.
Your engineers are trained and certified at no charge, and your sellers walk in with our team beside them.
The kind of call you want to be making.
23 days’ notice on a reheat furnace fan
Looseness at both fan bearings, fixed in a window the mill chose, not one the failure chose.
72 hours of unplanned downtime saved
One prescription, five work orders
Three faults building on one rolling mill stand, flagged 36 days ahead. One planned window.

Integrators already working this way.
Agreements are signed and the co-sell motion is running, so you would not be the experiment. We are adding partners across four industries, supported from Alpharetta, Georgia.

48 hours on any lead
Our team is measured on it. Missing the clock is our escalation.
An hour a month
Pipeline, wins, losses and renewals, with our commitments read back first.
Enablement included
Training, certification, demo access and co-selling material, at no charge.
Most vendor partnerships quietly cost you the room, and the account follows. On your accounts, no meeting happens without you in it.
One install. Four ways you earn. Every year after.
Only commissioning is a one-off. The rest is a book that compounds instead of resetting.
Any plant can be live in sixty days.
- Day 0
A two-page memorandum
Non-binding, thirty days’ notice either way.
- Day 30
Your crew trained
First three projects picked together.
- Day 60
Plants go live
Co-sold, and ordered through you.
- Month 12
Review together
Real numbers on the table.
Sixty days is the clock on a plant, not a limit on your book. Run one while you find your feet, or run ten in parallel. We start where you’re already trusted, not on the trophy project.
Reading for integrators.
How System Integrators Can Deliver Prescriptive Maintenance Without Building It From Scratch
What it really takes to build prescriptive maintenance in house, and how a co-sell partnership keeps the install, the service work and the renewal on your book.
The things worth asking early.
What is the Infinite Uptime System Integrator partner programme?
A co-sell partnership for integrators who already hold plant relationships in heavy industry. You bring the account and the field work; we bring the sensing hardware, the equipment-specific AI Shields and 24/7 certified diagnostics. It starts with a two-page, non-binding memorandum covering the first deals. It isn’t a resale programme or a referral scheme. Every deal is co-sold, with our team alongside yours.
How does an integrator earn from it?
Four ways from a single install: a share of the subscription retained on the order you place, commissioning billed at your own rates, service pull-through on every finding, and the annual renewal. The first is the one that changes the shape of the business. It recurs on an account you already hold, rather than resetting with the next project.
Whose customer is it, and whose paper does the order sit on?
Yours, on both counts. Your customer places their order on you; you place the corresponding order on us. All proposals and pricing reach them through you. We don’t quote your customer directly and we don’t discount to them. You contract as principal and set your own end-customer price; your share of the subscription is a floor, not a cap. These are written into the memorandum as binding clauses, not intentions.
When do I pay Infinite Uptime?
After your customer has paid you. You invoice them in advance for each subscription period; we invoice you net of your share, due within ten business days of their funds reaching you. If they pay in instalments, so do you. You’re never asked to fund a deployment ahead of being paid for it.
What happens if a prescription turns out to be wrong?
Every prescription is validated by a CAT III or CAT IV analyst before it leaves us, and your customer’s operators record on the platform whether the fix worked. A miss is logged rather than buried, and it goes into the monthly review with you, where losses get the same airtime as wins.
If we get one wrong at your account, we say so to your customer alongside you. You are not left to carry our call on your own.
What if we decide to stop?
Either of us can step away on thirty days’ written notice, and anything in flight, including deals and live subscriptions, runs to completion. The arrangement is non-exclusive in both directions. If it converts to the full Partner Agreement, it converts on terms no less favourable to you on revenue share, renewals, account ownership and payment terms.
What does my team need in place to deliver this?
Less than most integrators expect. No vibration analysts. Ours are CAT III and CAT IV certified and cover it 24/7/365. No control system work: a standard deployment runs on its own sensing layer, with no PLC programming or plant IT approval cycle before you start. Training and certification for your engineers and sellers is included.
Come with three plants in mind.
Thirty minutes with our partnerships team, no obligation either way. We will work through the plants you know best, together, on the call.
