Indorama PlantOS Outcomes
Indorama · Proof from the plant floor

Physical AI, proven where plants run hot and hazardous.

From recycling lines in Thailand to acid and mining units in Senegal, Indorama Ventures and Indorama Corporation each act on prescriptions from Infinite Uptime's PlantOS™. Every figure on this page sits with the company it belongs to.

Two companies, two scorecards
Indorama Ventures PET, fibres, packaging, and hygiene

Indorama Ventures started with a recycling plant in Thailand and took PlantOS™ into PET, fibres, packaging and hygiene.

Indorama Ventures started at its Nakhon Pathom recycling plant in 2023, with 110 sensors on equipment that wears quickly under constant mechanical load. The aim was to catch each fault while there was still time to plan the repair.

The company has since digitalized six plants across Thailand, India, and the USA.

Indorama Corporation Fertilizers, acids, and mining chemicals

Where walk-rounds are hazardous, the crew goes in knowing the fault and the fix.

Indorama Corporation's PlantOS™ work began in 2024 at its Purwakarta sites in Indonesia. In 2025, it extended to Indorama ICS Acid & Mining in Senegal, where high temperatures and hazardous conditions make early fault detection essential.

Three Senegal sites account for 94% of the 1,092 hours saved. The ICS Mining Plant alone contributes 792 of those hours.

The engine behind both results

Prediction tells you what might fail. A prescription tells your team what to do.

Every PlantOS™ prescription has four parts. Reliability engineers check each one before it reaches the plant, and operators confirm the result on the floor. That is how Physical AI becomes an operator-validated outcome.

  1. 1

    Observation

What the asset is doing, read from live data.

  2. 2

    Diagnosis

Why it is doing it, and which component is responsible.

  3. 3

    Recommendation

    The specific action to take.

  4. 4

    Operator feedback

    Confirmation that the fix worked.

Prediction ≠ Outcomes.

The result, side by side

Across both companies, 11 plants avoided 1,428 hours of unplanned downtime. Teams got there by acting on 94.7% to 97.3% of prescriptions.
