Fault notification system

System and method are described for notifying a fault in a fault notification system. A set of configurations associated with a machine is received from a server. Then, the set of configurations is applied on a set of sensor coupled with the machine to obtain one or more features associated with characteristics of the machine. It is detected whether the machine is in faulted state based on one or more features. In response to the detection being affirmative, a set of command signals is generated based on one or more features when the machine is in the faulted state. The set of command signals may be transmitted over an operational technology (OT) network.

System and method for segmenting transmission of data

Systems and methods are described for transmitting signals in segments. One or more signals are received from one or more sensors that are configured with the machine, where the one or more signals are associated with one or more attributes of the machine. The one or more signals are converted into frequency signals to form a frequency spectrum. The conversion is performed based on a transformation model. A first set of signals are determined among all the signals in the frequency spectrum to form a first segment. The first set of signals have frequency signals with higher magnitude compared to remaining signals in the frequency spectrum. Then the first segment is transmitted over a data channel.
